Q: What equipment do I need? A: MINIMUM REQUIRED: - Heavy bag OR access to a boxing gym (for boxing work) - Barbell + weight plates OR adjustable dumbbells (for strength work) - Jump rope - Space to move
IDEAL SETUP: - Heavy bag at home or gym membership - Full barbell setup (bar + plates + rack) - Pull-up bar - Jump rope - 4x4 training space minimum CAN'T AFFORD EQUIPMENT RIGHT NOW? Bodyweight modifications are included for all strength work. Boxing portions can be done with shadowboxing + bag work at any gym with a heavy bag. You can start with minimal investment and upgrade as you go. The system adapts to what you have. Your effort doesn't.
Q: What if I miss a week? A: You have lifetime access to all materials. Catch up when you can. But the cohort moves forward - that's the accountability.
